6-Week Mindful Pregnancy Yoga Course

Welcome to our yoga community! Are you pregnant and looking for ways to feel your best and prepare for birth?

My classes help you gain strength, alleviate discomfort, and connect with other moms. It’s not just about the yoga practice, you will learn practical ways to apply what you learn to prepare for a calm and confident birth. Join my in-person programs in Lund and Malmö, or from the comfort of your home with my digital membership program.

6-week course

About the program

The classes give you time to connect to your body, baby and community of women. Each 90-minute session has a unique theme, integrating movements, mindful relaxation, and group discussion. The classes include:

-Community connection & discussion

-Strengthening movements specifically for pregnancy

-Stretches to aid common pregnancy discomforts

-Best movements to prepare for birth

-Movements/techniques for during labor

-Mindful relaxation

-Class always ends in a calming relaxation with cool lavender face towels – a perfect way to end the practice.

-Home reflection prompt each week

In addition to weekly classes, here’s what’s included in the course:
– Access to a private WhatsApp group for our community of moms
– Monthly mamma meet-ups for walks, coffee, and sharing experiences
– Course E-Book with 30+ pages of reflection prompts, journaling space, and additional resources for your birth prep
– Early access to Bethany’s free digital birth prep workshops
– Goody bag with a selection of motherhood products at course closing

Each course runs for 6 weeks, and classes are held in English
